Rabbi Moshe Tzvi Segal

I was sent this article by Greer Fay Cashman on Rabbi Moshe Tzvi Segal - "The man who sounded the shofar".

It's great except for the very end:

After his wife joined him in the Jewish Quarter, the couple lived for a while on Rehov Chabad and then moved to other premises in the quarter. Rachel Segal lived there for 10 years before she died, and Moshe Segal lived there for a total of 16 years. During that period he was involved with many organizations. He was among the leaders of the Temple Mount Faithful and sought many times to have Jewish prayer services conducted on the Temple Mount.

From mid-1970, he lived already Rechov HaYehudim, just off the corner of Rechov Plugat HaKotel. I was his neighbor 1970-1971.

He founded El Har Hashem. Gershon Solomon founded Temple Mount Faithful.

And he once succeeded in praying there on the Temple with me as part of the minyan (I'll look for the picture).
