Here is what amazes me about these pictures, 1. They set the tent right back up the minute the building came down. 2. The utter bareness of all the surrounding land, as far as you can see in these pictures, there is nothing else there. Is this the normal situation in the area, if so I don't see any problem with "settlers" coming into these areas.

Ariel Sharon realized that the Barak gov't was dangerous in that it accepted Arafat's demand to redefine the delineation of a cimmunity and was going to declare that the community "border" would be 50 meters from the last house in any direction, despite zoning procedures and land possession. That caused him to declare: "take to the hills". So, in many cases, new homes were set up as close as possible to the boundary line which would end up quite far away from the main residential area. I am not familiar with Negohot's particulars though.
